You will then need to instruct a solicitor/conveyancer to act for you in the sale. The choice of who will act for you is entirely at your discretion but to help you with this, we can recommend a number of trusted and competitive conveyancing firms if required
Process such as drawing up / agreeing the sale contract and other legal procedures of the sale will be handled by the acting solicitors / conveyancers. This process can take around 6-8 weeks in general, however we will always be assisting you and buyer to make this process smooth and stress free.
